A modern shop a short walk from the Harare–Masvingo highway, in a growing town. Join the waiting list and get first choice of a shop to rent before opening day.
Why trade here
- The highway brings customers. Travellers, truckers, commuters and traders pass Chivhu every day.
- The town is growing. A new eco city, a steel plant nearby, a bigger dam and new town status mean more households every year.
- A modern building. Glass shopfronts over two floors, in a mall built for small businesses.
- Neighbours who bring footfall. A mix of pharmacies, grocers, salons, takeaways and services that people visit every week.
