What you own

A 15 m² shop at Mazic Hub, a modern double-storey brick mall of 44 identical shops at Stand 37, Chivhu Town, a short walk from the Harare–Masvingo highway. Every shop is sold on sectional title: when the building is complete and the deeds are registered, the title deed is in your name. You also share in the common areas through the Owners Association.

Shops come in three positions, and the price depends only on the position: road-facing on the ground floor, inside the mall on the ground floor, and on the upper floor.

Why Chivhu, why now

  • Today: traffic on the Harare–Masvingo highway brings steady everyday demand.
  • Tomorrow: WestProp's Chivhu Eco City (around 20,000 homes), the US$1.5 billion Manhize steel plant nearby, a bigger dam and new town status.

Questions

What exactly am I buying?

A shop in the Mazic Hub mall at Stand 37, Chivhu Town, sold on sectional title. When building is complete and the deeds are registered, the title deed is in your name. You own the shop itself, not shares in a scheme.

How much rent can I expect?

Expected rent is US$450 a month, or US$5,400 a year, per shop. It is an expectation based on current market rents, not a guarantee; actual income depends on tenancy and market conditions.

How much does a shop cost?

At today's foundation price, ground-floor shops are US$39,400 and first-floor shops start at US$31,500. Prices rise at every building stage, so today's price is the lowest it will be. See every shop and its price at https://mazic-hub.onrender.com/prices. You secure your shop with a deposit and pay the balance in monthly instalments.

Do I have to pay everything at once?

No. You secure your shop with a deposit and pay the balance in monthly instalments. You can also co-own a shop with someone you trust to share the cost.

Do I have to find a tenant or manage the shop?

No. We find the tenant, sign the lease, collect the rent and look after maintenance and security. You receive the rent with a monthly statement.

Is the building actually being built?

Yes. Building plans were approved by Chivhu Town Council in June 2026, structural drawings were issued, and construction is underway. See the latest photos on the site progress page, or book a visit.

Can I buy if I live outside Zimbabwe?

Yes. Many buyers live abroad. We guide you step by step on WhatsApp, video calls and email, and send monthly site updates.

Can I buy together with someone?

Yes. Two people can co-own one shop, share the cost and the rent, and both names go on the title deed. A simple co-ownership agreement sets out who owns what.

What if I want to sell one day?

It is your property, so you can sell it. We also offer exit support: we can match a genuine offer before you sell elsewhere.

When does the rent start?

The mall is planned to open Q1 2027. Rent starts once tenants move in.

Where is it?

Stand 37, Chivhu Town, a short walk from the Harare–Masvingo highway, about 150 km south of Harare.

How is my money protected?

Everything is in writing: an Agreement of Sale prepared for review by a registered conveyancer, a planned completion date with a long-stop date, an official receipt for every payment, and title transfer at the Deeds Registry. We never change bank details by message: always confirm by phone.

How many shops are left?

Only 10 shops are left in this release.
